Nominate a family in need

All proceeds from this event will be donated to children with chronic illnesses and their families to help ease their financial burden. The child must be 17 or younger to be eligible.

Families in the following Kansas counties are eligible to be selected to receive the donations from this event:

Cheyenne, Rawlins, Decatur, Logan, Gove, Sheridan, Thomas, Sherman, Wallace, Greeley, Wichita, Scott & Lane.

 An initial screening process will determine the final applicants to be voted on at the event. All event participants and sponsors will receive one vote during the event. After the event, the total votes will be tallied and presented to the event committee. The total number of families that will receive contributions will depend on the amount that is raised by the event. 

'LiveWell NWK' will be providing a Fiscal Sponsorship for receiving and distributing charitable funds.
